buymybody connects creators offering body or outfit placements at events with sponsors. By publishing a campaign or purchasing a placement, you agree to the terms below.

Your account and content

Use an X account you control and provide accurate campaign information. Only upload photographs and artwork you have permission to use. Do not impersonate another person or publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content. An X account connection does not establish event attendance or fulfillment. Published creator analytics are supplied by the creator and are not independently verified by buymybody.

Campaigns and sponsorships

Creators specify the event, placement, dimensions, quantity, initial price and bidding deadline. Creators are responsible for complying with event and venue rules, arranging production and delivering the stated placement. Sponsors are responsible for the artwork they provide.

The creator’s initial price is the minimum first bid. Sponsors may bid more. A takeover costs at least twice the current placement price. A replacement payment must be authorized before it displaces the current sponsor. Sponsorships cannot be voluntarily withdrawn. At the deadline, the winning placements close to further bids and are prepared for printing.

The offer shown at checkout records any dated event and content deliverables. These commitments belong to the final winning sponsor. Website placement runs while the sponsorship leads; virtual placements have the fixed end date shown in their offer and do not include printing. A copy of the purchased terms and agreed price is available in the sponsorship report. Sharing deliverable evidence does not itself approve a payout.

Payment, fees and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Authorizations may be captured before their actual expiry. If displaced before capture, a sponsor’s hold is released in full. If displaced after capture, the refund deducts the actual non-refundable processor fee.

The platform commission is 15% of the final winning gross payment. Eligible creator proceeds deduct that commission and processing costs, after fulfillment evidence. Refundable balances remain reserved until payout eligibility. Cancellation or non-delivery releases holds or refunds captured sponsors less actual non-refundable processing fees. No platform commission is retained on refunded sponsorships.

Models and printing

One free model generation is available per X identity; $3 purchases three additional generations. Generation uses the accepted front photograph. Review the result before publication. Printing partners are independent providers: contact them directly for a quote and agree on quality, materials, timing and delivery. Their listing does not transfer production or fulfillment responsibility from the creator.
